この生地でつくられたストールは、一点一点染め上げているため、モチーフの配置や染めの濃淡の違いも楽しめる仕上がりになっています。

Rust-dyed fabric made of 100% silk. Rust-dyeing is a technique in which rusty metal motifs are dyed by adhering them to a cloth moistened with vinegar water and allowing time for the rust to ooze out.

The decaying object breathes new life into the cloth. The expression created by the passage of time reminds us of the power and beauty of nature.
